Why connect Amplitude to Claude?
Amplitude can tell you who retained. It can't tell you what each of those users cost, because spend lives in the ad platforms. Through Lemonado, Claude reads both: it lines up first-touch campaigns with week 4 retention and cost, then builds an artifact the growth and product teams can both use.

Good to know
- Custom connectors work on Claude Free, Pro, Max, Team and Enterprise. Free accounts can add one.
- On Team and Enterprise, an owner adds the connector first under Organization settings → Connectors → Add → Custom → Web. Members then connect their own accounts.
- Remote connectors belong to your Claude account, so the same connection shows up in Claude Desktop and Cowork. Requests come from Anthropic's cloud, not your computer.

Frequently Asked Questions
If you're on a plan that includes it and your questions stay inside Amplitude, its own server works well and can also edit charts. Lemonado is for questions that need ad spend or CRM data next to product usage, like cost per retained user. You can add both to Claude.
Yes. Amplitude's MCP server is hosted, so Claude can use it too. It covers Amplitude only. Lemonado covers Amplitude plus your ad platforms, GA4 and the rest of your stack in one connection, so Claude can answer questions across them.
In Claude, open Customize → Connectors and check that Lemonado says Connected, then switch it on from the connectors menu in the chat. In Lemonado, check that Amplitude is connected and External tools is on for the company. If events look empty, check the data center (US or EU) and that you connected the production project.
Yes, if both are connected in Lemonado. One connection reaches every source you allow, so you can ask things like "Compare Google Ads conversions for sign_up last week with sign_up events in Amplitude that carry a gclid."
MCP is included in Lemonado's paid plans and in the free trial, so you can try it before you pay.
