These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the data analytics tool, Lemonado (the "Service"), which is accessible at app.lemonado.io and our website located at lemonado.io (the "Website"). The Service is owned and operated by Way AB, a Swedish company with organization number 559226-5960 ("Way," "we," "us," or "our").By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
3. Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering and keep your account information up-to-date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use the Service for any illegal, unauthorized, or otherwise prohibited activities, including but not limited to:
A. Uploading, posting, or transmitting any User Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
B. Violating any applicable local, state, national, or international laws or regulations.
C. Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other user accounts, or any related systems or networks.
D. Interfering with or disrupting the operation of the Service or any related systems or networks.
E. Using the Service to send unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, spam, or any other form of solicitation.
F. Reverse-engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise attempting to derive the source code of the Service.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to your breach of these Terms. Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you under these Terms will cease, and you must immediately cease all use of the Service.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are the exclusive property of Way or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, or otherwise use any part of the Service without the prior written consent
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our Service will be available, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components.
9. Limitation of Liability
