Why connect Salesforce to Claude?

Salesforce knows which leads became opportunities. Your ad platforms know what those leads cost. Through Lemonado, Claude sees both sides at once: it traces each opportunity back to the campaign that started it and lays the result out in an artifact sales and marketing can both open.

  • All your Salesforce data

Leads and their lead source, ready to ask about.

  • Always today's numbers

Opportunities, stages, amounts and close dates, synced from Salesforce automatically, so answers use today's numbers.

  • Connect all your tools

Questions like "What does an opportunity cost?" use Salesforce and HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads at once.

Good to know

  • Custom connectors work on Claude Free, Pro, Max, Team and Enterprise. Free accounts can add one.
  • On Team and Enterprise, an owner adds the connector first under Organization settings → Connectors → Add → Custom → Web. Members then connect their own accounts.
  • Remote connectors belong to your Claude account, so the same connection shows up in Claude Desktop and Cowork. Requests come from Anthropic's cloud, not your computer.

Put last quarter's Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads spend next to new Salesforce pipeline and show how much pipeline each dollar bought, per channel, in an artifact.

Done. Each $1 on Google Ads bought $14 of pipeline, each $1 on LinkedIn $11, with LinkedIn deals 2.4x larger. The artifact charts both by month, with closed-won alongside.

Frequently Asked Questions

If your Salesforce admin has set up the hosted MCP servers and your questions stay inside the CRM, those are enough. Lemonado is the better fit when pipeline questions need the ad side too: spend per opportunity, or which campaign started a deal. Nothing stops you from having both in Claude.

Yes. Salesforce's hosted MCP servers is hosted, so Claude can use it too. It covers Salesforce only. Lemonado covers Salesforce plus your ad platforms, GA4 and the rest of your stack in one connection, so Claude can answer questions across them.

In Claude, open Customize → Connectors and check that Lemonado says Connected, then switch it on from the connectors menu in the chat. In Lemonado, check that Salesforce is connected and External tools is on for the company. If records are missing, check that user's profile and sharing rules. Salesforce only shares what that user can see, and your edition needs API access.

Yes, if both are connected in Lemonado. One connection reaches every source you allow, so you can ask things like "Opportunities created from Google Ads and from LinkedIn Ads this year, by month, set against what we spent on each."

MCP is included in Lemonado's paid plans and in the free trial, so you can try it before you pay.
