    Connect Klaviyo in Lemonado

    In Lemonado, open Connectors, find Klaviyo and sign in. Sign in to Klaviyo and pick the account. A user with access to campaigns, flows and analytics works best.

    In the company's settings, open External tools, turn the connection on, choose which sources it can reach and copy the server URL.

    Open Claude's connectors

    Go to claude.ai and open Customize → Connectors. Click + Add, then Add custom connector.

    Add Lemonado

    Name it Lemonado and paste the server URL. Continue, review the sign-in settings Claude detects, and choose Sign in now.

    Sign in and turn it on

    Approve access in the Lemonado window. Back in Claude, open a new chat and switch Lemonado on from the connectors menu.

Good to know

  • Custom connectors work on Claude Free, Pro, Max, Team and Enterprise. Free accounts can add one.
  • On Team and Enterprise, an owner adds the connector first under Organization settings → Connectors → Add → Custom → Web. Members then connect their own accounts.
  • Remote connectors belong to your Claude account, so the same connection shows up in Claude Desktop and Cowork. Requests come from Anthropic's cloud, not your computer.

Use Klaviyo's server when you want Claude to create or edit campaigns inside Klaviyo. Use Lemonado when the question spans tools, like Klaviyo revenue against Shopify sales or Meta spend. You can add both to Claude.

In Claude, open Customize → Connectors and check that Lemonado says Connected, then switch it on from the connectors menu in the chat. In Lemonado, check that Klaviyo is connected and External tools is on for the company. If revenue is missing, check that your store sends orders to Klaviyo. Klaviyo can only attribute revenue to campaigns and flows when it sees the orders.
