Which Whatagraph alternative should you pick?

Whatagraph builds cross-channel client reports on one data foundation, and it works. The floor is €699/mo billed annually, and both plans are annual only. AgencyAnalytics does a similar job from $20 per client. Porter Metrics and Windsor.ai cost far less. Lemonado does the follow-up work too.

Why do teams look for a Whatagraph alternative?

Whatagraph does the reporting job well. Define a metric once and the same number shows up in the report, the dashboard, and the chat. There are two plans, Max and Prime, and both are annual.

Rated 4.5 / 5 from 277 reviews on G2.

€699 a month, and only on an annual contract

Max starts at €699/mo billed annually. Prime is a custom quote. Both plans are annual, and Prime needs a call. Credits are connected data accounts, from 50 on Max, and you buy more until you hit the next plan. There is a 14-day Max trial with no card, so you can look before you commit to a year.

The connector list is shorter than you think

Whatagraph lists 68 native integrations. Windsor.ai has 350+ sources and AgencyAnalytics has 85+. Google Sheets, BigQuery, and a custom API cover some of the gap. Premium integrations are Prime only, and so is transfer to Looker Studio. BigQuery transfer, a custom report domain, the public API, and SAML are Prime add-ons. On Max, single sign-on means Google login.

The alternatives

These tools make reports

AgencyAnalytics

AgencyAnalytics does the same job and publishes the price. One self-serve plan, $20 per client a month billed annually, with all features unlocked: unlimited data sources, unlimited staff and client users, white-label branding, a client portal, and 85+ integrations. MCP for ChatGPT and Claude is included.

Best for: Agencies who want the branded report and the client portal without the €699 floor or an annual contract.

Pricing: All features $20/mo (billed yearly; $25/mo billed monthly, per client) · Enterprise, custom quote, 25+ clients · verified August 2026

Where it falls down: The bill grows with every client, so 20 clients is about $400 a month billed annually, and past 25 clients you are quoted. Rank Tracker and AI Tracker are paid add-ons. Like Whatagraph, it builds the report and stops there.

  • You want a price you can read and a card you can enter today.
  • You have a handful of clients, so per-client pricing beats a flat floor.
  • White-label reports, a client portal, and MCP are all in the one price.

Porter Metrics

Porter Metrics is the low-cost route. It feeds your marketing data into Looker Studio, Sheets, Power BI, and AI chats, and you build the report. $12.50/mo per connected data source account billed annually, with a free forever plan and MCP on every plan.

Best for: Small agencies willing to build in Looker Studio to keep the bill small.

Pricing: Free $0 · Paid $12.50/mo (billed yearly; $15/mo billed monthly per account) · verified August 2026

Where it falls down: You lay out the report yourself. It lists 26 connectors, and the free forever plan is 3 connected accounts with 30 days of history, and 15 days for AI chats.

  • You already build reports in Looker Studio.
  • You want a free plan to test with real accounts first.
  • One subscription covers all your clients.

Improvado

Improvado is the enterprise shape of the same idea: a marketing data platform with governance rules, an AI agent, and MCP. Free Limited is $0 with 50 MCP actions a week. MCP Only is $100/mo with 2 million rows a year. Advanced and Enterprise are custom.

Best for: Large teams who need SSO and compliance, and want the vendor to build the setup.

Pricing: Free Limited $0 · MCP Only $100/mo · Advanced, custom · verified August 2026

Where it falls down: The $100 plan is MCP into your own Claude or ChatGPT, not the platform. Advanced and Enterprise are custom quotes, so the same demo gate as Whatagraph.

  • You need SSO, HIPAA, or governance rules on top of reporting.
  • You want creative analytics or multi-touch attribution as modules.
  • Or you only need MCP into a chat you already pay for.

These tools move your data

Windsor.ai

Windsor.ai skips the report and moves the data: 350+ sources into Looker Studio, Sheets, warehouses, Claude, and ChatGPT. Free forever plan for one source. Paid from $19/mo billed yearly, with unlimited users from Basic up.

Best for: Teams who only need the numbers to arrive somewhere cheap and reliable.

Pricing: Free $0 · Basic $19/mo (billed yearly; $23/mo billed monthly) · Standard $99/mo (billed yearly; $118/mo billed monthly) · Enterprise, custom · verified August 2026

Where it falls down: No finished client report, so you build it elsewhere. Paid plans cap data sources at 3 on Basic and 7 on Standard, and rows are metered on top at $20 per extra million on Basic.

  • You already have somewhere to build the report.
  • You want to test on a free plan before paying.
  • Unlimited users matter and the entry price has to be low.

Supermetrics

Supermetrics is the older, bigger pipe into Looker Studio, Sheets, Excel, Power BI, and AI chats, with its own Studio and AI credits. Starter is $44/mo billed yearly ($55 monthly) for 3 data sources, 1 user, and 1 destination.

Best for: Teams whose reports already live in Sheets or Looker Studio and who want the established name.

Pricing: Starter €39/mo (billed yearly; €49/mo billed monthly) · Growth €159/mo (billed yearly; €199/mo billed monthly) · Pro €399/mo (billed yearly; €499/mo billed monthly) · Enterprise, custom quote · verified August 2026

Where it falls down: It climbs fast. Growth is $177/mo billed yearly for 6 sources and 2 users. There is no free plan, only a 14-day trial, and no branded client report.

  • Sheets, Looker Studio, or Power BI is the destination.
  • You want no row meter. Supermetrics charges no data volume fees.
  • You want AI credits inside the same subscription.

Funnel.io

Funnel.io is the other sales-led platform in this set. Starter carries 117 connectors, 13 destinations, and 5 users. Business goes to 579 connectors, 46 destinations, unlimited users, and warehouse exports. Funnel AI and MCP are on every plan.

Best for: Big teams who want one vendor holding the data, the dashboards, and the measurement.

Pricing: Starter €280/mo (billed yearly) · Business €560/mo (billed yearly) · Enterprise, custom · verified August 2026

Where it falls down: Capacity is bought as flexpoints on top of the plan: 50 for a connector, 5 for an account, 150 for a Looker Studio or Sheets destination, and 300 for a warehouse. Starter is one workspace and one portal.

  • You need hundreds of connectors and warehouse destinations.
  • You want MMM, MTA, or incrementality testing from the same vendor.
  • Client portals with custom branding matter, which needs Business.

This one does the work

Lemonado is your marketing team's AI co-worker. Connect your ads and analytics, then ask in plain words. It builds the report, and it can do the next step too. Seats are unlimited, and clients or platforms do not change the price.

Best for: Teams who already get the report, and still need someone to read it and act on it.

Pricing: Start $149/mo ($119/mo billed yearly) · Automate $399/mo ($319/mo billed yearly) · AI-First $999/mo ($799/mo billed yearly) · Enterprise, custom · verified August 2026

Where it falls down: A branded client portal and white labeling are on the Enterprise plan. Whatagraph puts white-label reports on Max.

  • You want the report from a question, not from a template you maintain.
  • You want follow-up work done in the accounts, not another PDF.
  • You want it in Slack on every plan, or in ChatGPT and Claude from Automate up.
  • You want to start today on a card, not after a demo.

How do you switch from Whatagraph to Lemonado?

Connect the ads and analytics you report on. Ask for one report. Rebuild the reports clients open. Your Whatagraph reports and templates do not come with you.

  1. Connect the accounts you already report on

Start with the platforms feeding the client reports people actually open. Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics are the usual first three.

    See which tools we connect

  2. Ask for the report in plain words

Skip the template. Describe the report you want, and Lemonado builds it from live data. You check it.

  3. Rebuild the reports clients open

Most teams have a handful that get read. Start with those. Leave the rest until someone asks.

  4. Send it where the team already is

Reports go to Slack, Teams, email, or Studio. ChatGPT and Claude need Automate or above. A branded client portal is Enterprise.

Use it in ChatGPT and Claude

  5. Time it against your renewal

Both Whatagraph plans are annual. Run Lemonado alongside it, get a month of reports your clients accept, then let the contract lapse instead of paying twice.

Still not sure? Answer five questions.

Where do the numbers need to live?
What is the real problem?
How many ads platforms do you use?
Do you need years of reviews before you buy?
Who is on the team?

Answer all five questions.

Common questions

Whatagraph Max starts at €699/mo billed annually, and Prime is a custom quote. Lemonado Start is $149/mo ($119 billed yearly) with unlimited seats, and adding clients or platforms does not change it. Whatagraph includes unlimited users too, but the floor is the floor.

One credit is one connected data account, like one Facebook Ads account. Max starts at 50, and you buy more until you reach the next plan. Lemonado charges credits for work the AI does, like building a report, not for how many accounts you connect.

Yes. Whatagraph IQ is on both plans: report creation, themes, plain-language summaries, and IQ chat. IQ+ is Prime only, and IQ Agents are early access, in testing, and not part of a plan yet. Lemonado is the co-worker that keeps your team's context and can act on what it finds.

On Whatagraph, Looker Studio transfer is Prime and BigQuery transfer is a Prime add-on. If those destinations matter, Windsor.ai and Supermetrics feed both and publish their prices, and Porter Metrics covers Looker Studio. You can run Lemonado on the same data for the AI work.

Nothing. Your Whatagraph reports, templates, and client folders stay where they are. Lemonado reads live data and builds new reports. It does not import Whatagraph history.

Most teams rebuild the few reports clients actually open and leave the rest behind.

Whatagraph publishes two plans, Max and Prime, both billed annually. There is a 14-day Max trial with no card, but no published monthly plan. AgencyAnalytics has a 14-day trial with no card. Windsor.ai and Porter Metrics have free forever plans. Improvado has a limited free MCP tier. Lemonado fronts you $150 in credits for 10 days, no card.
