Why connect Snowflake to ChatGPT?

Most marketing questions about Snowflake are small: last week's revenue by channel, how many customers came back. They still end up as tickets. Pick Lemonado with @ in ChatGPT and it queries the warehouse for you, with live ad spend from Google Ads and Meta next to the numbers.

  • All your Snowflake data

Tables and views your role can read, ready to ask about.

  • Always today's numbers

Column names, types and descriptions, synced from Snowflake automatically, so answers use today's numbers.

  • Connect all your tools

Questions like "What does a paying customer cost?" use Snowflake and BigQuery, GA4 at once.

Good to know

Frequently Asked Questions

No. ChatGPT only sees what Lemonado's Snowflake role can read, and Lemonado only sends the query results it needs for each answer. Keep sensitive schemas out of that role and they stay out of every answer.

Yes. Snowflake's managed MCP server is hosted, so ChatGPT can use it too. It covers Snowflake only. Lemonado covers Snowflake plus your ad platforms, GA4 and the rest of your stack in one connection, so ChatGPT can answer questions across them.

Check that Lemonado is installed at chatgpt.com/plugins, then pick it with @ in a new chat. Workspace admins can turn custom plugins off. In Lemonado, check that Snowflake is connected and External tools is on for the company. If a table is missing, the role can't see it. Grant USAGE on its database and schema and SELECT on the table, then ask again.

Yes, if both are connected in Lemonado. One connection reaches every source you allow, so you can ask things like "Compare the purchases Google Ads reported last week with orders in Snowflake that have a gclid."

MCP is included in Lemonado's paid plans and in the free trial, so you can try it before you pay.
