    Connect Instagram organic in Lemonado

    In Lemonado, open Connectors, find Instagram organic and sign in. Connect an Instagram professional (business or creator) account. Personal accounts have no insights.

    Turn on external access

    In the company's settings, open External tools, turn the connection on, choose which sources it can reach and copy the server URL.

    Open Claude's connectors

    Go to claude.ai and open Customize → Connectors. Click + Add, then Add custom connector.

    Add Lemonado

    Name it Lemonado and paste the server URL. Continue, review the sign-in settings Claude detects, and choose Sign in now.

    Sign in and turn it on

    Approve access in the Lemonado window. Back in Claude, open a new chat and switch Lemonado on from the connectors menu.

    Try "Which reels got the most saves and shares this quarter? Make an artifact with what they have in common and 5 ideas for next month." Or ask: "Which reels get saved?" or "Which posts should be ads?"

Good to know

  • Custom connectors work on Claude Free, Pro, Max, Team and Enterprise. Free accounts can add one.
  • On Team and Enterprise, an owner adds the connector first under Organization settings → Connectors → Add → Custom → Web. Members then connect their own accounts.
  • Remote connectors belong to your Claude account, so the same connection shows up in Claude Desktop and Cowork. Requests come from Anthropic's cloud, not your computer.

Yes, through Lemonado. Connect your Instagram professional account in Lemonado and add Lemonado to Claude. Claude can then read posts, reels, reach, saves and follows. Personal accounts don't have insights, so switch to a professional account first.

In Claude, open Customize → Connectors and check that Lemonado says Connected, then switch it on from the connectors menu in the chat. In Lemonado, check that Instagram organic is connected and External tools is on for the company. If insights are missing, check the account is a professional account. Instagram only keeps insights for professional accounts.

Yes, if both are connected in Lemonado. One connection reaches every source you allow, so you can ask things like "Do our best organic reels also perform as Meta ads?"
