The time savings have been significant. What used to take me an hour or two — building reports, pulling together weekly automated reports with insights — now takes around 10 minutes. That's hours back in my week that I can spend on strategy and optimisation instead of data wrangling.

Latency to insight
Stitch is not a typical agency. Founded in Auckland in 2019 by Adnan Khan, one of the first four employees of Facebook Australia and New Zealand, Stitch is built around the idea that marketing should be measurable, data-driven, and connected. Their proprietary platform, Stitch Predict, does marketing mix modelling for clients. AI adoption is not a future ambition at Stitch. It is a current operating principle.
"There was so much latency to insight," Adnan said on the Marketing Masters podcast in January 2026. "What AI has done for our business is completely changed that paradigm where we had to wait weeks or months to get insight on data. Now we do it in days."
The expectation was high. The reporting workflow wasn't keeping up.
Before Lemonado, Cobus Taylor, Stitch's Performance Lead, was pulling data directly from individual platforms. Getting the full picture meant logging into each one separately: Meta, Google, LinkedIn, Spotify, StackAdapt. Pulling what was needed. Assembling it by hand.
For creative analysis, Cobus had been using Super Ads AI on a workaround basis, creating new email accounts every two weeks to extend the free trial, because the paid tier ran to $800 a month. When a client asked an urgent question, it meant manual data pulls, multiple dashboards, and hoping nothing was missing. Every single time.
One place for everything, then one step further
Lemonado connected Stitch's data sources into a single environment: cross-platform reporting, campaign insights, creative analysis, without the manual assembly. Stitch then went further, connecting Lemonado to Claude via MCP so the team can query their entire data library directly from their AI workflow without switching tools.
The change Cobus valued most was not the consolidation. It was the confidence that came with client-scoped data.
It also changed how the rest of the team works.
Two stories that changed how the team works
The 15-minute meeting. Impromptu client call. 15 minutes to prep.
Before: open Looker Studio, read numbers, try to build a story on the fly. After: 10 minutes, an executive summary, campaign narrative, cross-platform story. "The client can look at it and go, 'holy crap, this guy probably spent the last two weeks bringing all of this together.'"
The deleted campaign. Numbers that didn't add up. A mystery solved.
A client in Ireland had purchase values in Lemonado that were higher than Meta reported. The client had deleted a campaign. Meta hides deleted campaigns. Lemonado surfaces the data anyway.
4 hours a day. Every day.
At the agency level, Adnan frames the same shift in strategic terms. "AI is not going to replace your job," he said, "but another marketer who is well-versed in AI will replace you." Stitch's response is to build AI into how the work gets done. Not as an add-on. As infrastructure. Lemonado is part of that infrastructure.
Cut 2–3 hours of reporting time per client across a 50+ client book, recovered at scale.
Returned 4 hours a day from manual data wrangling to strategy and optimisation.
Unified Meta, Google Ads, Google Analytics, LinkedIn, and Google Search Console into one queryable environment via MCP in Claude.
Eliminated Super Ads AI: creative analysis now built into the same platform, at a fraction of the $800/month cost.
Enabled team-wide self-service: sales and account staff query Lemonado directly instead of pulling Cobus into every question.
Surfaced deleted campaign data a major client had missed: a discrepancy no dashboard-based tool would have flagged.
Made 15-minute meeting prep possible with executive summaries, campaign narratives, and cross-platform stories ready on demand.

Stitch is using Lemonado for reporting, creative questions, and Claude. Next is making that the default for every client file, so a new account does not start from a blank page.
