The role

We're hiring a founding GTM to lead Lemonado's commercial expansion from Stockholm. This role is critical in driving our growth, working closely with the founders and commercial team to land marketing agencies and in-house teams across Europe and beyond. You'll identify, negotiate, and close commercial opportunities while shaping how Lemonado shows up in the market.

You'll set the commercial playbook, work directly with the founding team, and own how Lemonado wins customers from day one.

What you'll do

  • Identify and initiate partnerships with leading agencies, in-house marketing teams, and AI-forward operators.

  • Lead commercial efforts and deliver high-impact product demos that translate technical features into business value.

  • Negotiate deals, working closely with the founders, product, and engineering to bring Lemonado to new customers.

  • Keep up with industry trends in AI, agency tooling, and marketing data to drive strategic initiatives.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers and partners, offering insights on how AI-native workflows create real business value.

  • Talk to customers and prospects constantly. Feed what you learn back into product and positioning.

  • Use AI tooling and automation aggressively. We practice what we preach.

Who you are

  • 3-15 years experience in business development, go-to-market, consulting, VC, or a comparable field.

  • Trusted team player with strong interpersonal skills. You can engage, negotiate, and build trust with stakeholders in multicultural environments.

  • Agile fast learner. You grasp technical and commercial concepts quickly, have a genuine interest in AI, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proactive leadership. You take and drive initiatives, and work independently.

  • Highly ambitious. Hardworking with a bias for action.

  • Experience selling into marketing agencies, performance teams, or martech/analytics tools is a plus.
