For each one, tell me the ad set name, campaign, account, current spend, daily pace, and how much they're projected to overspend. Flag them as High Risk if they're 50%+ over pace, Medium Risk if 20-49% over pace.
Summary & Insights Give me the totals: how much budget was wasted on zero-spend ad sets, how much is projected to be overspent, and how many ad sets have each issue.
