Lemonado is the AI-native data and intelligence platform for marketing teams. Marketing agencies and in-house teams use Lemonado to replace the patchwork of dashboards, reporting tools, and data pipelines they've been stitching together for years.

The role

Lemonado needs to be everywhere marketers are looking, both at agencies and in-house. You'll own that problem end to end, from figuring out where attention lives to capturing it. This isn't a "plan campaigns and report on metrics" role. You'll be posting, shipping, testing, and iterating every single day. High energy, high output, high autonomy.

We expect you to be AI-enabled and to lean on AI wherever it makes you faster or sharper. You should be technical enough to set up your own tools and automations, run a leads list, and pull data to figure out what's working.

There's also a real perk here: Lemonado is built to manage paid and performance ads. As our growth marketer, you'll be running ads through the product you're selling, which means every campaign you run is also you building a better tool for yourself.

You'll work directly with the founders to build Lemonado's go-to-market engine from the ground up.

What you'll do

  • Build Lemonado's presence on LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, and the communities where marketers spend time.

  • Create content that makes marketing leaders stop scrolling. Sharp, useful, opinionated.

  • Run paid acquisition across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and wherever else our buyers are. Use Lemonado itself to manage and optimize it.

  • Run growth experiments across organic, email, partnerships, events, and channels we haven't thought of yet.

  • Own SEO and website conversion. Make sure people who find us actually sign up.

  • Work leads lists, outbound sequences, and partner outreach when needed. Nothing is beneath you.

  • Talk to customers and prospects constantly. Feed what you learn back into everything.

  • Use AI tooling and automation aggressively. We practice what we preach.

Who you are

  • A few years of marketing experience. You've shipped real campaigns, owned real numbers, and know what good looks like.

  • Hands-on with paid and performance ads. You've run Meta, Google, or LinkedIn ads yourself and understand the levers that move CAC and ROAS.

  • You've done growth at a startup before, or you've operated like one inside a bigger team. You know what 0-to-1 feels like and you're energized by it.

  • You write well. You can make complex ad-tech and AI topics feel clear and compelling.

  • You move fast and don't wait for permission. Ideas are cheap. You care about execution.

  • AI-enabled by default. You reach for AI to draft, analyze, automate, and prototype, not as a novelty but as how you work.

  • Technical enough to set up your own tools, automations, and workflows without waiting for engineering.
